We use this data to allow us to process your query. Once the data is received in our mailbox, it is transferred into our secure CRM, and the original email deleted. Data is held in our CRM for a maximum of 12 months, unless the enquiry leads into a sale. All of this data is transmitted via an encrypted connection.
• 4.5: Removal Of Your Data / Data Deletion You also have the right to request the removal of your data if you are no longer a customer of getyouonline.co.uk. All personal data is automatically removed within 12 months of terminating services with us.
