I am an experienced Account Manager with over 10 years of experience, working closely with businesses to develop their brand and build their online presence.

My role involves staying in regular contact with customers and developing close business relationships built on trust and generating results. I strive to understand my customer’s specific needs and requirements, offering the right solution at the right time.

Using Google Analytics to track performance, I work to improve the Search Engine rankings of my customers’ websites, increasing the subsequent leads / sales their websites generate.

I support both new and existing customers as a Project Manager during the website development / revamp process. It is my responsibility to bridge the gap between our customers and our website development teams. I make sure all customer expectations are fully understood and comprehensively met, adhering to strict deadlines.

• Staying in regular contact with customers to understand and meet their needs.
