Account ManagerAs an experienced Account Manager, I have the skills needed to aid our clients with their websites and their marketing efforts. I am here to answer any questions and address any queries our clients may have and am responsible for communicating with new clients during the development of their websites.
What do your responsibilities include?
My duties as a Customer Account Manager on a day-to-day basis include speaking to current clients regarding their existing sites and any possible new websites they may be considering.
Projects are assigned to me, and it is my role to guide customers through the set-up, build and “final approval” stages that go into a new website or website revamp.
Answering questions and queries about Google Analytics statistics is a frequent topic that is brought up in conversation as it is important to ensure that my customers’ websites are performing well.
SEO and paid advertising services are also something I pay attention to and recommend to my clients. I enjoy making sure those customers opting for these services are getting the most from their ad spend to gain more traffic and enquiries.
Along with this, I am responsible for most of the ecommerce customers, overseeing their accounts and guiding them through the process of marketing and selling their products successfully online.
