Catherine Lightfoot: Finance Manager

I joined getyouonline.co.uk in 2008. Back then, I was the sole Customer Account Manager for the entire company, tasked with many duties. This provided a great deal of experience in customer support, web design, SEO, credit control and admin. Today, I am responsible for the company accounts to ensure the business runs smoothly.

What do your responsibilities include?

My responsibilities include keeping our accounts up to date and running smoothly such as ensuring customers are renewed on time, raising invoices, managing direct debits and all related accounts. I also make sure customers’ domains are purchased and renewed and help with any general queries.
