After almost a year as Customer Service Advisor, we're all very sad to have to say goodbye to Chantal Stevenson, who leaves us at the end of the week to start her new career at Mencap.

Although sad to see Chantal leave, we are pleased to welcome Jamie Humphrey who will be joining Catherine on the Customer Services team.

Jamie has a wealth of experience in website design together with a knowledge of media project management. He looks forward to his new role as Customer Services Advisor and his qualities and experience will bring another angle to the Customer Services team.
