If you receive or have received domain name renewal notices from other registration companies for domain names you have registered with getyouonline.co.uk please ignore them. In our opinion these are scams designed to make you transfer your domain names away and should be ignored, you may loose access to your website and emails if you transfer your domain name away by answering these renewal notices. Many customers are currently reporting receiving notices from a company called 'Domain Registry Services' for domains that are due to expire in 1-2 month’s time. These do not come from us and should be ignored.
We recommend that customers who receive these notices read them very carefully and if they feel that the notices are deliberately misleading (as many are in our opinion), they should report them to their local trading standards office or even the Police. Please see: http://www.tradingstandards.gov.uk Customers receiving letters from EU Registry Services or Domain Registry Services headed with "DOMAIN EXPIRATION NOTICE" are advised to read the pages below: http://www.pcw.co.uk/News/1152080
