If you are over your quota, Email messages may be bounced back to the sender. Create space in your inbox by deleting unwanted messages.If one person is having problems sending you an Email check they have your correct Email address.If someone tries to send you a large attachment you may not have enough space to receive it, even though you are not over quota. Ask them to make the attachment available in another way, for example by putting it on a website. |
